We offer a variety of real wood home furnishing products, so learning the ins and outs of our product offerings and connecting these products with our customer’s needs is way more enjoyable than a stuffy sales position. With team commission, we work together as a team to satisfy our customers and build market share for each of our locations. Additionally, most of our team members have an opportunity to learn the ins and outs of our custom finishing process, so most of us get a healthy balance of working with people and working with our hands. We are looking for Store Team Lead Positions at both of our Cincinnati locations (8273 Beechmont Ave Cincinnati 45255 & 1065 Reading Rd Mason 45040). We want someone who has a desire to sell and build the market share of their store. Beyond selling, you would manage your customer base and the administrative side of the ordering process. You would also be responsible in using interior design skills to oversee the showroom display. Lastly, you have an opportunity to get even more creative by supporting our finishing team with the custom finishing projects.
